MERCHANT UNION, S.L., hereinafter referred to as RESPONSIBLE, is responsible for the processing of the User’s personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. Therefore, the following processing information is provided:

Purpose of processing: To maintain a commercial relationship with the User. The planned operations to carry out the processing are:

  • Sending advertising commercial communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social communities, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allows commercial communications. These communications will be made by the RESPONSIBLE and related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or providers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
  • Conduct statistical studies. Process orders, requests, or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact forms available to them.
  • Send the website newsletter.

Data conservation criteria:

They will be kept as long as there is mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing, and when it is no longer necessary for that purpose, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to ensure the pseudonymization of the data or their complete destruction.

Data obtained on social networks

The RESPONSIBLE has or may have an open profile on the main social networks. In all the networks in which it is present, it is recognized as responsible for the processing of its users’ and/or followers’ data included in the company’s profile. The processing that the RESPONSIBLE will carry out with these data will be the one that the social network allows for business profiles within its policies as a social network. Thus, the RESPONSIBLE can inform its followers by any means that the social network allows about its activities, new products, events, and events, as well as offers of personalized customer service. The RESPONSIBLE will not extract data from social networks unless specific and express consent is obtained from the user to do so.

Rights: When, due to the nature of social networks, the effective exercise of data protection rights is subject to the modification of the follower’s personal profile, the RESPONSIBLE will help and advise to this end to the extent of its possibilities.

2. Mandatory or Optional nature of the information provided by the user

Users, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields, marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to meet their request by the provider, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE are truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.

The RESPONSIBLE expressly and unequivocally informs and guarantees users that their personal data will not be transferred under any circumstances to third parties and that whenever any type of personal data transfer is made, the express, informed, and unequivocal consent of the Users will be requested in advance. All the data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide optimal service to the User. If not all data is provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be completely tailored to your needs.

3. Security Measures

In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, the RESPONSIBLE is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, for which they are treated in a lawful, loyal, and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and appropriate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The RESPONSIBLE guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR to protect the rights and freedoms of Users and has communicated the appropriate information for them to exercise them.
